Leonel Ferreira pursues his Ph.D. in Controllership and Accounting at USP and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Actuarial Sciences and a law degree from PUC-SP. He maintains CNPC and CNAI certifications through CFC and specializes in auditing and tax matters. Leonel serves as a court-appointed expert witness with more than 10 years of experience. He provides business consulting services, promoting efficiency, strategic planning, performance indicators, and management systems. His audit practice focuses on assurance, internal controls, compliance, materiality, and risk assessment. He conducts notable tax research through the Tax Studies Center at FGV. This comprehensive skill set enables him to deliver integrated solutions that combine academic expertise and practical experience to optimize business results and ensure regulatory compliance.
